My father recently had Heart Bypass surgery. Couple of his arteries were closed so doctor's performed by pass surgery. As per doctors his heart is better then new and he should not have similar problem in his life again i.e requiring another heart by pass surgery. My question is what are the implication of his surgery on the medical that he will have to clear for immigration. I am Canadian PR holder and will apply for my parents
under family class next year so I guess we still have about 4-5 years before he will need to go for medical. Hopefuly by that time he have fully recovered and will be taking minimum or no medication for his heart bypass.
If anyone has undergone similar situation and can share their experience or any other related information then I will be really grateful.
