Hi,
I got a query on my Canada Green Card Application. Here is what it says
"It is not accompanied by the results of your English or French language proficiency assessment. Please note that only test results from a designated third party language testing agency will be accepted. Please see Section 11.5 of the following manual for complete information about the designated testing agencies.

And my medium of instruction throught my education is "English".
So for the above query will be it sufficient if i respond saying that my medium of instruction is "English" or need to produce any certificate.
Please help me and advice me, how to proceed with the case.
