I wish to apply for a temporary resident visa for tourism. I will be sponsoring my visit and I may visit my relatives there.
.1 is a casual invite later acceptable? Like casual I mean since they won’t be sponsoring my visit they would just invite me for a visit and state that I would be sponsoring the funds
2.I don’t have a valid H1 visa but a valid petition. Would that be sufficient? In the requirements they don’t ask for H1 visa rather the approval notice which I have. Is my understanding correct that they don’t really need the stamp
3. How convenient is the ARV? Is there any chance H1 may get stuck if I travel with my original petition?
