Overstayed on U.S. Visa, Will Canada know when applying for Canada Visa?

I got usa multiple entry visa on 2008 january. and i visit usa on january 24th. and i have i-94 showing me that i can stay until april 24th 2008.( 3 months). but unfortunally i overstay for just 1 months. i mean i returned back to india may 19th 2008.

Now i have a invition from one canadian company from canada. i am planning to apply for visa for canada with the same passport. in this case will canada embassy of india will know that i overtayed in usa?
