Hi I’m a little confused by the Vancouver embassy rules on the conditions for applying for a permanent visa.
My wife is retired and I am on a disablement pension, we own our own home ($1M+) , have savings of 100k in investments and own a home in Mexico (250k). Do we qualify for getting a permanente visa?
