Dubt about getting Canada Visa

Hi,

I am having ten year tourist visa for USA, now im palnning to go to US and apply for Canada visa from there as my hubby is on work permit in Canada. My visa already for canada has got rejected 4times. I just want to know that if i plan to visit usa n apply for canad visa frm there, will I get some success?

It will be the same.

In fact, you need to apply only from your home country, not from the U.S. if you are just a tourist in the U.S.
