Due to Time constraint, I could not submit passport to Canadian Embassy for issuance of approved tourist visa in India. I have to proceed to USA . Now I am in USA. Can my approved tourist visa application be transferred to USA from India? Can I submit my passport to Canadian Consulate in USA for this approved tourist visa application?
