Hi,
I have applied for a Canadian Business Visitor VISA two weeks back. I completed the application, and sent all the paperworks and relevant documents to Detroit location of Consulate General of Canada. It reached the destination within a day, and according to the website, it should take seven business days to process the application.
It has been over two weeks since I sent out any application package, but I have not heard from them yet. I am really concerned since I had to send my passport with the application. Now I am stuck, and I don't know how I can contact someone to know what is going on. I really need to get the documents back ASAP.
Does anyone have any idea as to how to get any update on this? The official website does have a link for checking application status, but that is not applicable for any kind of visitor visa. Any information on this ground would be appreciated.
