Hi all,
I am stuck in a very peculiar situation.I am currently on H1B visa which is expiring in the first week of May.The renewal should be in by that time.I applied for the Canadian Immigration a while ago and am currently in the fifth month after submitting documents for the second letter.
The scenario which I will be in is as follows:
Canadian approval comes in the last week of April.Passport goes for stamping and returns in the first week of May(after expiration of the H1 passport stamp).If I am stuck in this situation does it mean that I would have lost my Canadian application or is there a workaround to it?
