Urgent help needed regarding Canada Green Card

Hi All,

Currently I am in USA on H1B and I am in 6th year, so for backup I would like to apply for Green Card in CANADA. So can somebody please tell me whether I am can apply for Green Card while staying in USA? If yes please provide me the process.

I am really in bad shape in green card process in USA, so I want to keep backup.

Please help.
