I recieved a letter from the case processing centre informing me that i need to submit more information on the subject of PROOF OF COMMON LAW RELATIONSHIP.
With my original application I supplied a declaration of common-law relationship aswell as one letter of statutory declaration of a friend with knowledge of the relationship. I also sent photos of us together in Austria and the UK as we don't have much in the way of documents with both our names on.
We are both a little worried now as to what to do next. We are going to get more letters from people who know of our relationship which has been two and a half years and i'm going to send passport stamps that show we travelled together but i'm not sure if this will be enough. All the information i sent placed us together since July 03.
Any help on this would be much appreciated and also how long do I have to send the information back as there was'nt any date on the letter. Thanks
