Hi,
I have completed my BS & MS from USA, Now would want to study in Canada, I also have got my offer letter form one of the colleges in Canada. Unfortunately i had to come back to india due to some unavoidable circumstances. Now my question is.
1. Whether i can apply for student visa from India itself or do i have to go to usa for the same as the offer i receieved was in USA.
2. If i can appy form India then what should be the procedure.
