Hi,
I have done my BS & MS from USA. I would now further would like to go to Canada on student visa. I already have my acceptance letter with me but due to some reason had to come back to India.
My question is
1. Whether i can apply for my student visa from India itself or do i need to go to USA for the process.
2. If I can do it from India the then what should i do.
