I have a pending police case in India and I have recently applied for a PCC through the Indian Consulate in San Fran for Canada immi. Will this pending case be stated in my PCC or does the PCC only entail checking with Police authoritizes??? Because, I was asked by the prosecutor to appear in court after I came to the US and its been 2 years since I have gone back because I had to complete my MBA. In addition, this case is totally a bogus case in which the prosecutor is trying to take revenge. The court case did not involve the police and was only a letter asking me to come to court.
Also, I was told that a passport stamp is issued in my passport, so will any particulars of this case be in my passport stamp?
If there is mention of this court case and if it does result in my rejection of the case, can I contest this with the canadian immigration folks?
