F-1 extension from Canada or Mexico

Hi all,
My F-1 visa is expiring in August and I want to get it extended as my I-20 is valid for another year. Can u suggest some agent who can help me with it? I tried to contact Victor Garcia for mexico but it didnt work as I was not getting appointment dates in Cuidad Juarez. It will really help as Im planning to visit India in August and want to get over this thing before that. Thanks
