Work Permit Transfer Canada

Hi All,
I have valid work permit from company A which has its presence in Canada but i was contacted by Consultancy B which is there in USA ,but they are saying that Once u came to canada after somedays we will transfer your wor permit from company A to ours i.e B but u will work on project of company B on our payroll .My question is ,is it possible to transfer work permit when u are there in canada .
