Hi,
I have a question regarding police certification. I had to accept the assault conviction (misdemeanor-A) due to some unusal circumstances in USA. I am still on probation. I would like to know whether my assault conviction is going to have an adverse effect on my canadian immigration ?
Also, is police report required at the time of the filing of an application or time of interview ?
