Hi,
Am going to attend for H1B Interview at Hyd soon. Below is my concern:
Wayback in 2004, when I was 18 yr old I was arrested along with 2 of my uncles on a False compliant. Charge on me was that I abused a person, and on my uncles it was said that they beat him. However, charges were later aquitted and we found found NOT guilty. None of us were either penalised or convicted. We didn't even pleaded guilty.
Having said that, I specified YES on DS160, and I am going to carry the certified copy of court verdict. Would like to know if this hinder my chances of approval or lead to any delay in processing.....
regards,
VK
