Dear All,
I travelled to USA on Mutil entry Buniess VISA which is vaild for 10 years.
During my Visit i was arrested and **** charges like Rape was put on me duw to which i was arrested. All the charges later withdrawn and i was not found guilty.
As i mentioned it was **** case.
Due my arrest i was not able to travell back to india and my entry was expried. Whole process took 4 months and i was deported by ICE as I overstayed my VISA.
ICE lost my passort and travelled back on Emergency passport to India. I applied for new passport I got it
I have few questions.
1) Do i have inform USA embassy that i am deported? or any thing which i need to do which important as per law?
2) What should i do so that i can travel back to USA?
Please advice what all should I do to clear my record so that i don't face any problem while travelling
