I need a help very badly.. i was charged with soliciting prostitute 3 yrs back in CA and i had to go for 2yrs probation. I am in Canada and currently applying for a new petition.I have been to India in the past couple of times for extension and they were approved even thou there was a delay. Please let me know if i will face an issue with this. This is the only conviction in my name so far.
