L1 Visa for Business Owner
Hi. I am running a holiday company in India. I am planning to setup an Office in US to bring in tourists from India to USA and vice versa. I might stay there in USA full time. But my presence there is required. Plus i already have a B1 Visa. But i was told i cannot work using B1 in USA. Can someone help me as to how i can proceed for a L1 Visa.
