Hello you guys!
My situation is that in 2013 I got involved in a stupid thing, I was charged shoplifting $50, No arrested and went to hearing court with the dismissed case, no fine just paying the court cost. After coming back my country around 3 months I did apply B1/B2 visa and got through. The VO did Not ask me anything about the case as I even filled NO to the question "Have you ever arrested..." in DS-160. I went to USA in 2 months and came back home smoothly.
In my review here all you have given advice that everyone needs to disclose any case to the VO, I'm feeling nervous now...may I get in trouble with that in next visa interview?
Now I am searching my case on the court database and can not get any info about the case? Anyone knows how to find a case with just Party name? thanks you!
