criminal issue
In 5/2002 I was charge with a dui misdemeanor, on 04/01/2009 I file my i485 & i765(family 1st) which is currently pending approval. The problem I'm facing is I got a second dui arrest on 04/11/2009 and a pending court date of 6/18/09. I have not yet done my finger print/FBI check. I know what I did is very stupid and I'm very sorry and worried, and need some help. What should I do? I enter the US illegally in 5/1992 and for the most part I have been a very law abiding person. Me and my fiancé have two kids and own several properties as well. Will my I485 get denied due to my misdemeanors? I was also planning on getting married to my fiancé in 5/2009 she is a LPR and will be filing for her citizenship in 10/2009. Should we cancel our wedding plan or will marriage also affect my pending I 485
