Driving on a suspended license for DUI

Hello everyone!

So I have to renew my green card and I was charged with a felony for driving on a suspended license for 2 DUI’s. I am not sure if I should even bother applying with these in my record. I got a DUI 2018 and another one 2019. I am still on probation as well. Anyone have any suggestions?

I live in NJ so apparently they charge you with a felony for driving on a suspended license here.
