DUI(2013)... Going to india 2nd time for visa stamping ..

I am on H4 Visa. I got DUI in 2013 and I went to India for H4-Visa stamping in 2014 and VO sent me for medicals and after a couple of weeks, my visa was approved.


Now again in June 2020, I am going to India for H4-Visa stamping.. My question, will again VO officer send me to medical test?
Please let me know if anyone experienced the same situation?

Hi, did u have to go thru the medical evaluation and wait for weeks again? Or was it just in 2014? I ask this because my DUI case was in 2019 and i went in 2023 for stamping and it took the medical evaluation process and about 8 weeks of processing time. Now i am due to go for my next visa stamping at the end of 2025 (after 5 years of my DUI case). Wanted to check if i'll have to go thru the same medical evaluation and weeks of waiting period? Pls advise based on your experience.
