Hi all,
My sisterinlaw has put 498A and DP3/4 case against the family.
I have to go to US for higher studies. My classes would begin from Aug 10th 2011. I have anticipatory bail taken (I went to Women Police Station and did put signatures in some forms), i wasnt arrested anytime. In DS-160 form (for visa) , there is a question:
Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?
What should i answer for this question. .
