conviction of affray,still get greencard?
My husband was convicted of affray in 1996.His police report says that he was imprisoned for nine months but he was only in prison for 4.5 months We were married in 2006 and live in the U.K., but I want to return to the U.S. where I am a citizen.We are applying to immigrate and get a green card. Will he be declined and is there anything we can do to prevent that happening?
