Wrong way Car crash and DUI

ok i got into a wrong way car crash , and i think the police knows that i was DUI

but i got injuried really bad and they took me to the hospital , ( in the news it says they dont know if alcohol was part of this collision) , anyways the innsurance company called me and asked me few quesions about the accident and they asked if i was DUI , so based on what do they ask? does it mean the police aready know ? ,

Also the bigger problem , what will happen to me , i'm in oklahoma , and i'm here for college , and once i'm done i will not come back to the US , what could happen to me ?


and if something bad could happen , will i be able to run back home ?
