Response time for email inquiy to USCIS

Hi All,

For my clarification on the EAD , USCIS has asked me to send an email to the customer service center as a part of level 2 escalation. Does anybody know ,how much time will uscis take to to respond to the email.It is been 10 days and I have not heard anything yet. Could you share your thoughts
