EAD and AP Combo renewal - Filing fee questions

Hi

My EAD and AP are due March 2013. I have EAD and AP combo card. I heard that there is no renewal fee for EAD and AP filed after July 2007.

But when I am trying to fill the application online, it is saying I need to pay $380 for EAD renewal when I selected C9 as the status.

Can somebody help me on what to select the category and status fields to waive off this fee?

If you are filing for an extension of your employment authorization and your form I-485, application of your permanent residence, was filed before jul 30, 2007 you must pay $380 filing fees..

My I-485 and EAD/AP has been applied in 2012 February for the first time. During this time I got EAD/AP for an year which is getting expired in March 2013.

If I need to renew this EAD/AP combo card, can I file for renewal online? or do I need to file by paper?

If I can file online, which option do I need to choose in the category? i.e. I do not find the category with C9 and 485 pending approval with no fee
