Been working in the USA under the NAFTA/TN want to obtain my PR Card
Would like some feed back on where to begin. I have been working in the USA for almost 10 yrs, and have to return every 3
yrs. to renew my TN status at the border, which isn't a problem, but it's inconvenient. Wondering what the best route for me to
take is, as I am quite new to all this red tape. I would also like to be able to work for other employers as well, so maybe the EAD would be better for me, not sure how long that card is good for.
Can I apply for my Permanent Resident card, so I don't have to keep going back every 3 yrs. Also wondering how long it will take.
