EAD Renewal
This question might be asked in some form previously, but I couldn't find the exact reference therefore I am asking again. Sorry in advance if this is a repeat
I got my EAD last year in March which is due to expire in March 2013. I want to renew for myself, my wife and my 6 year old son.
i) What is the procedure to file it. There is some process which is mentioned in USCIS website. Is that all we have to follow? Just form 765 is required or something else? Can I e-file?
ii) How much it costs in just the fees to USCIS? For all 3 of us or per application.
iii) How much in advance should I apply for it. I am still on H1B which is valid till 2015 but I am worried in terms of Advance Parole. We don't have plans to travel abroad but just incase we need to travel, I want to have valid AP. Can I file one month before expiry?
iv) This is the most important question - Do I need a lawyer for this? How much is lawyer fee usually? If lawyer is recommended then I don't have to worry about above questions, but if possible I am planning to file myself this time.
