EAD for L2

Hi Guys,

I am currently on L1 visa in USA with my wife. I'm trying to get EAD for her.
I understood that we have two ways to file EAD 1) Mail 2) Online.

I'll go via mail i.e. post. Does any one knows that what are the docs I need to send and how i can send the 380$ fee. Is it money order or check?
