EAD Issued by USCIS but USPS lost it and never delivered it.
I had submitted an online application for EAD in the month of December. On Jan 26th my EAD was approved and dispatched. On Jan 31st I saw that it says EAD has been delivered to the address in the form.
But we never received it.
I tried frantically calling up USPS but according to them they delivered the card on our address... and now the only thing I can do is to file a claim.
I called USCIS service center and they told me that I should file an I-90 to get EAD. I started filing I-90 and the form has a field "Class of Admission" ... I don't know this information
I called up USCIS again and this time they tell me that I-90 is not correct and I should file I-765 again.
I am really confused and broken hearted at the same time. Can someone point me in the right direction of what should I do. At thing point I am so angry at USPS for having lost my EAD.
