Hi All
I am planning to apply for my EAD renewal myself. I have few questions related to For I-765. Please help me in answering those.
1. Both I and my wife are working on H1. When my employer filed for Adjustment of status last year, my wife was on OPT (F1). Later her company applied for H1. My question is for Line 11 on the form for my Wife’s form.
“Have you ever before applied for Employment Authorization with USCIS?”
I filled with “Yes”. Now how can I put all the 2 dates on the form? Form only picks one date and is not allowing me to enter more than one date. She applied two times for EAD. One, when she applied for F1 EAD and other when we applied last year for EAD green card. Do I need to attach any worksheet with it and attach copes of all EADs??
2. My I-94 card is expired and latest I-94 is on H1 approval notice. Is it ok to attach H1 approval notice copy with the I-765 form? I don’t want to create confusion for them. I read some forums and they said I-94 cop is not required. Please Advise…..
