Hi,
I am on L2 visa in the U.S. currently. I am in the process of applying for an EAD. I have a query on the below mentioned question that has been asked in the form I-765.
Have you ever applied for employment authorization from USCIS before?
This is the first time I am applying for EAD as an L2. But I have previously been here on L1B six years earlier as part of an onsite engagement through a software firm from India.
Do I need to answer "yes" to the question and give details regarding the same? Or does this question only refer to an EAD applied as an L2?
Please advice.
