EAD AP Renewal - Manner of Last Entry and Current Immigration Status

I am filling the EAD Renewal document and I need help on filling below sections -

14. Manner of Last Entry into the US
15. Current Immigration Status
16. Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12

I had applied for I-485 and EAD/AP last year when my priority dates became current. I got Combo card which is valid till end of month June 2013. I did go outside US and came back in the month of February 2013 used the AP to reenter. My Departure record document (I-94) shows as PAROLED. My current H1B petition is valid till November 2013.

So, what should I fill in for sections 14, 15 and 16

I am thinking as below

14. Manner of Last Entry into the US - ADVANCE PAROLE (PAROLEE)
15. Current Immigration Status - PAROLEE, AOS PENDING
16. Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12 - (c) (0) (9)

Please let me know if this is right. Thanks in advance.

.......

The above status is not showing up in the drop-down while e-filing I-765 (for EAD renewal) - rather it just shows "PAROLEE"
Is it the right status for a similar situation like above?
