EAD when H1 is in extension process

Hi,

I have applied for my H1 extension and I am waiting for the response. I am planning to file for GC under family based GC via concurrent 1-130/I-485 . Can I apply for EAD with this providing my WAC number of extension request ?

Yes, you can apply for EAD when you apply for I-485.
