Changing jobs on EAD (while case transfered from EB3 to EB2)

My current status is Pending I485. My earlier employer processed my labor, I140 (EB3) and filed I485. Priority date is Jan 07. I switched my employer and started working on EAD. I do not have H1B anymore. My current employer filed my case in EB2. They processed my labor and I140 (EB2). My new I140 was initially approved with new priority date but after request,USCIS sent us corrected I140 (EB2)with old priority date(Jan07),received in Dec2012. Now I have an offer from another company. Job description, position is same. Question-Am I eligible to transfer the job by keeping my EB2 process active? My six months on I140 approval is not yet completed
