    2 EADs for simultaneous work-based and marriage-based applications?

    Hi friends,

    I have an EAD/AP for my work-based green card application (actual green card might still take a few years). Meanwhile I have applied for green card thru marriage and my biometrics is coming up soon.

    Once the biometrics is done, will I receive a new EAD/AP for the marriage-based green card process? So will I have 2 EADs? What is a good time to update my employers?

    Have you applied for EAD/AP based on the family based petition?

      Yes my lawyer has applied for those on the marriage-based petition. I recvd notification for those as well.
