Hi,
I logged in to check my EAD status today and saw this message, "We have placed this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION on hold because there is a pending litigation that may affect the outcome. We will resume processing as soon as the litigation is resolved. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision about your case, or if the office needs additional information."
Can somebody please explain to me what this means, This is my second application for OPT since the first one was denied because my application reached USCIS 30 days after the DSO had authorized my I-20 in SEVIS.
