Both my wife, my daughter and myself got our Green Card couple of month ago, but the last name on my daughter green card was incorrect. I did submit an I-90 to have a new Green Card issued with the good last name but I am still waiting for it (the Application was submitted mid-April 2013).
We are planning a trip outside the US in July 2013, and I would like to know if my daughter will be able to get back in the US only with her passport and the I-512 L document (with her good name) that is valid till March 2014, or if I need to get a I-551 stamp.
