EAD valid till 2015 but got laid off recently.Kindly clarify following:-
(a) Can one take Part Time jobs with valid EAD?
(b) Being on the Green Card waiting list is it essential to be employed Full Time for issue of Green Card as and when it comes up?
Are there any other stipulations/conditions to be satisfied at the time of granting Green Card?
(c) Can one join University Degree courses (Regular OR Correspondence) on EAD while unemployed?
Does this impact issue of Green Card ?
