I have a doubt regarding my EAD Application submission.I am on L2B visa, I was having Visa and I94 till June 22,2013. But my spouse is having I94 till April 16,2016. In the mean while, i applied for EAD in the month of April 2013, But they have asked me to send some more needed documents and also my new I94 status by July 8, 2013. Now the dead line period is getting over for the submission of documents for EAD and my I94 extension is still under processing. But i am going to submit the documents which is needed and along with that i am sending my pending case status of I94 extension. My question is "In this case will i get my EAD or will they are going to reject my application"?
