Hi,
I am reapplying for TPS I-821 as I am a Syrian national (I got my first application approved). I entered the country on B1/B2 visa since 2008 and now . I just want to know the answer for some questions on the application:
1- In part 2 it is asking me to choose my CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS from the drop-down menu, I don't see anything that applies to me? what should I choose here?
2- on the I-765 , question 11: which USCIS office should I mention here that I submitted my initial i-765 to and date? ( I live in NJ)
3- What is my current immigration status on I-765?
