Hi,
Is it smart to file for AP by myself rather going through a lawyer. I am on AOS in EB3 category with I-485 filed on july 13th 2004?
Part 7 of I-131 requires documents to show why i need to travel. I need to attend wedding and I currently do not have any wedding invitation (not yet printed) to attach as proof. What should be done?
Where should I file the paper work? In Vermont or Chicago?
