Hi
Im on H1 visa (expires on Jan 2006) and i gave Finger printing and im waiting for my green card.
My wife is still on H4 due to non-visa availability (we got married on July) and unfortunately she can't filed I485 and im planning to do I485 filing for her on October 2005.
My question, if i have EAD(i applied my i485 10months back), Can i change my employer, after getting I485 recpt for my wife ( applying on Oct 2005.)
