My friend is married to US citizen guy. She is pregnant and wants to leave to Europe to her parents asap. She has EAD but she didn't apply for advance parole. Can someone please answer these questions?

i) Can she leave the country without advance parole? Will they ask her or not let her leave the country without parole?

ii) Lets say she applies for advance parole and then leave the country without it, would that be good enough for her to come back to US without any issues?

iii) Most likely she will miss her green card appointment, what are the consequences if she missed the appointment? Is there anything she can do before leaving?

I think she should apply for advance parol while she is in the USA and get it approved.

If she leaves the USA then she can reschedule her appointment

I suggest NOT to leave the us wo AP approved AND document. uscis has been taking a while, and don't assure how long they will take to send document.
I was approved for AP, but STILL have not recieved document 3 MTS after.
I advice you to just be patient.
