Advance Parole- Local INS Office

Is it possible to apply for Advance parole and get it in INS Local office??? when family is in I-485 pending status? I live in Boston.

Effective December 1, 2004, if your AOS application is family-based, the Advance Parole application must be sent to Chicago.
