Request 4evidence after approval???!

I received an RFE( request for evidence) 3 weeks after I got approved for an i131 ADvance parole... Is this possible? Has it happened to anyone? What could they possibly need after they've "checked" my whole case and having it approved? Does it mean they "changed their minds" and reject it??

No and it's a very common step for them to do. The 131 is the smallest of the feats involved here. The EAD and the GC are the biggest playoffs so it's nothing to get nervous about pls just comply and you will see how quickly things go.

This is not an unusual RFE request. The stipulated requirements for the I-131 (Advance Parole) specify two passport-style photos, even though I believe they end up using the Biometrics photos instead.

I had already submitted pictures with my application in July.. Approved in August.... RFE(2 more pictures) in September.... Haven't received anything ever since.. :/ pretty lame

I keep waiting, I just received news that I should be receiving it before January 21, after I was told it was lost.. I don't know what to believe anymore..
